We will facilitate an exchange for the product. Shipping costs for this exchange will be covered by us (Nationwide).

  1. CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

An exchange or return is viable under the following conditions:

  • Your request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product tags/insert card remain intact. You can request an exchange if:
  • You are dissatisfied with the received product.
  • You are unsatisfied with the color or fabric. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses. Please note, items with stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains are not eligible for return or exchange.
  1. CAN I RECEIVE A CASH REFUND INSTEAD? Jasper Officials does not provide cash refunds. However, we offer online store credit (Coupon) or the opportunity to exchange your product for another, contingent upon the circumstance.
